1. Non-Clinical Nature of Services
Wellness with V provides non-clinical emotional companionship and human listening support. We are NOT a healthcare provider, mental health clinic, or medical service. Listeners are companion peers, NOT clinical therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical treatment.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age and residing in India to access or book conversations on Wellness with V. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
3. Free Daily Sessions & Subscriptions
Every standard user is entitled to 1 free 1-hour session per calendar day in IST. Daily free entitlements expire at 11:59 PM IST each night, do not roll over, and cannot be stacked. Paid subscriptions provide additional daily session allowances as specified in plan configurations.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours before a scheduled session, restoring your session entitlement. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior consume the entitlement. Failure to attend without notice results in strike escalation: 1st warning, 2nd 3-day restriction, 3rd 7-day restriction, and 4th account suspension.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree never to solicit romantic relationships, request sexual conversation, harass listeners, attempt to move conversations to WhatsApp/Instagram, or offer off-platform payments. Violations result in permanent suspension without refund.
