Wellness with V (“Vairagya”) is dedicated to providing a safe, confidential environment for human companionship and listening support. We treat your personal information with extreme care and do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. Information We Collect
When you register and use Wellness with V, we collect your name, email address, age (strictly 18+), city, conversational languages, and optional context you choose to provide to your listener prior to an appointment.
3. Session Confidentiality & Dual-Consent Recording
Conversations between you and your listener are private. Sessions are NEVER silently recorded. Any recording requires explicit opt-in checkboxes from BOTH the member and the listener. If either participant declines, no recording takes place.
4. Private Ratings & Feedback
Written reviews submitted after a session are strictly private. They are visible only to the respective listener and platform administrators for quality assurance, and are never published publicly on the website.
5. Safety & Critical Escalations
In extreme emergencies involving imminent threats of physical harm, suicide, or severe danger, our listeners and trust team may share necessary contact information with emergency services or crisis helplines in India to preserve life.
